A little word of appreciation motivates everyone to do better next time. It\u2019s just a simple thing that we apply on our training methodology. At ADMEC, we don\u2019t just teach a few skills rather we build confident personality in students. We do that by recognizing the performance of your students in their respective courses. One of our exciting events the Star of The Month (SOM) is just an example of it. We organize it every month to praise our students for their hard work. In this we focus on both the skills like commercial art, class activities, software skills, etc. This month we had ceremony of Star of the March Month 2025 during the special workshop on Portfolio development by Ravi sir<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Nominations for Star of the March Month 2025<\/h2>\n

Out of 167 students, we have selected the top 7 students as the star performer for this month. We have mentioned the list below of nominated students for SOM March award:<\/p>\n

  1. Mavis<\/strong> (Graphic Master<\/a><\/strong>) – She did a great work in her Illustrator<\/a><\/strong> project.\u202f\u202fYou can check her project on Delightful Fantasy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n
  2. Preeti<\/strong> (Graphic Master<\/a><\/strong>) – She was selected on the basis of her commercial art work and good performance in software classes.<\/li>\n
  3. Muskan<\/strong> (Web Premium<\/a><\/strong>) – She prepared a beautiful commercial art file and performed well in software skills.<\/li>\n
  4. Saniya<\/strong> (Textile Design Premium – CAD<\/a><\/strong>) – Her performance was good in software and she was excellent in commercial art.<\/li>\n
  5. Aditi<\/strong> (UI\/ UX Design Standard<\/a><\/strong>) – She was selected on the basis of her class work performance in Photoshop<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Mamta<\/strong> (CAD Customized<\/a><\/strong>) – She performed well in her Revit<\/strong><\/a> class and submitted the whole project.<\/li>\n
  7. Leena<\/strong> (Data Analytics Master<\/a><\/strong>) – She performed excellent in her class and she is very hardworking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Who Became the Star of March 2025?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    After receiving the final list from all the mentors, we saw the work or the projects of individual student who got in the nominations for the award. We then analysed their performance on the basis of attendance, behaviour, and how much time they spent while practicing in the lab. Our team of experts<\/a><\/strong> checked the project of all students, it was difficult for us to select one student among them.\u202fBut after a thorough discussion, we finally made the decision and selected Leena as the most suitable name for this award.<\/p>\n

    About Leena who became SOM March 2025<\/h3>\n

    Leena is our Data Analytics Master courses<\/a><\/strong> student. She comes from a data analyst background. Leena is already working in the same field and joined this course to learn some advanced skills of data analytics from industry experts. Her course is a complete 8 months long diploma which covers everything from Statistics, Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, NumPy, Pandas, and all essential libraries of Python<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

    Leena attended all the classes of her subjects properly and submitted all of her projects on time. She is so cooperative and tries her best to complete all the classroom assignments and practice projects.<\/p>\n

    Another big reason for selecting Leena for this award was her PowerBI project and 3 reports that she worked on in March month.<\/p>\n

    Ravi sir gave her 3 blogs to write with proper data analysis and she submitted all of them on time. It\u2019s not like she used ChatGPT to complete her work instead she submitted 100% human written reports with no AI content.<\/p>\n

    Apart from her class performance, she also gave her best in academics. She scored above 70% in every subject and managed her job at the same time. Indeed, you are an intelligent student, Leena.<\/p>\n

    So, these were This is the reason why we choose her as the SOM of March 2025.<\/p>\n

    Hi I’m Leena Sharma pursuing my data science course from ADMEC Institute.<\/p>\n

    Thank You so much for choosing me as Star of the Month for March 2025. I’m incredibly grateful to get this award in my data science course!<\/p>\n

    At 22, I am still early in my journey, and this recognition means something to know and evaluate my inner strength.<\/p>\n
